2. Usage time

The facility will be used within the time specified in advance, including check-in and check-out.

3. Determining the number of people

It is prohibited to use more than the number of people who applied at the time of reservation. If it is discovered that the number of guests has exceeded the number of guests, an additional fee will be charged.

4. Payment

Please pay by cash or credit card at the reception on the day. The same applies if additional charges are incurred on the day of the event.

5. About visiting by car

For vehicles brought in by customers, please use the parking lot to the right of the administration building and next to the entrance gate. One vehicle per stay is included in the accommodation fee. For additional vehicles, please use the parking lot outside the facility, and the additional parking fee is ¥1,010 including tax. It is strictly prohibited by law for drivers to drink alcohol and for minors to drink alcohol. We ask that you comply with the law when using this facility.

6. Prevention of infectious diseases

If any of the customers using the facility are infected with or suspected of having an infectious disease such as new coronavirus, new influenza, or norovirus, please contact us in advance. 8. Damage to the facility

③ Use of the following facilities

10. Cancellation of facility use contract

In this case, please note that we will not compensate for the damage even if the customer suffers damage.

11. Scope of this agreement

12. Cancellation due to weather

If we determine that business is not possible due to stormy weather such as a typhoon, we may refuse to use the service. In that case, no cancellation fee will be charged. 14. Disclaimer
