「施設の選択」
STEP1
施設の選択Facility selection
施設紹介ページから宿泊したい施設をお選びください。
空室になっていることを確認し「この施設を予約する」へお進みください。Please select the facility you want to stay from the facility list on the facility introduction page.
Please confirm that it is vacant and proceed to “Book this facility”.

「エアロックキャビンの選択」
STEP2
エアロックキャビンの選択Airlockcabin selection
施設詳細ページの、エアロックキャビン一覧からご自身の宿泊したい
エアロックキャビンをお選びください。
宿泊する部屋が決まった方は、「空き状況」をタップしてください。施設一覧が空室と表示されていてもエアロックキャビンによって、満室や整備・改装中の場合がございますので予めご了承ください。
Please select the airlock cabin you would like to stay in from the airlock cabin list on the facility details page. If you have decided on a room to stay in, please tap "Availability".
*Please note that even if the facility list shows vacant rooms, some airlock cabins may be fully occupied or under maintenance or renovation.

「宿泊日の選択」

宿泊日の選択Choice of accommodation date
「空き状況」からカレンダーが表示されますので、ご希望の宿泊日をご選択ください。
A calendar will be displayed under "Availability", so please select your desired stay date.

「ログイン」
STEP4
ログインLogin
ご登録の際にメールにてお送りしましたIDとパスワードでログインしてください。ログインは画面右上の「ご予約」ボタンからお進みください。
With the ID and password you sent by email when you registered
Please log in from the "Reserve" button at the top right of the screen.会員登録がまだの方は下記より登録をお願いいたします。

「予約フォームへ」
STEP5
予約フォームへTo reservation form
予約フォームより、宿泊日数と宿泊人数を選択してください。入力内容に応じた利用料金が表示されますのであわせてご確認ください。
※表示されている金額はオプション料金は含みませんのでご注意ください
Please select the number of nights and the number of guests from the reservation form.The usage fee will be displayed according to the entered information, so please check it as well.
※Please note that the displayed amount does not include the option fee.
※Please be assured that the actual form is written in English.

「入力内容の確認」
STEP6
入力内容の確認Confirmation of input contents
ご指定いただいた予約内容をご確認いただき、
よろしければ「予約する」ボタンを押してください。Please confirm the reservation details you have specified and If you like, please press the “Reserve” button.
※Please be assured that the actual form is written in English.

「予約完了」
STEP7
予約完了（メール送信）Reservation completed (send email)
ご予約完了画面が表示されましたらご予約完了です。ご登録のメールアドレスにご予約完了メールをお送りいたしますので内容にお間違いがないかご確認ください。
When the reservation completion screen is displayed, the reservation is complete.A reservation completion email will be sent to the registered email address, so please check that the contents are correct.
注意事項

メールが届かない場合
迷惑メールフォルダにメールが届いている場合がありますので、迷惑メールフォルダをご確認ください。

▼携帯キャリアメールをお使いの方
各携帯キャリアのサーバー側でブロック（キャリアブロック）されている場合がございます。
キャリアブロックを解除して再度お申し込みをお願いいたします。 -
▼メールアドレスを間違えた方
お手数ですがもう一度STEP1の入力からお手続きください。 -
▼その他の理由でメールが届かない場合
メールフォルダの容量制限やセキュリティソフトなどの影響でメールが届かない場合があります。
他のアドレスでお試しいただくかお問い合わせより運営会社へご連絡をお願いいたします。

キャンセル・変更の場合
各施設もしくは運営会社に速やかにご連絡をお願いいたします。
ご連絡方法はメールもしくは電話TEL.077-589-8133(弊社)でお願いいたします。
ご連絡のないままにご来館されない場合は後日ご請求書をお送りさせていただく場合がございますので、
キャンセルの場合は当日であっても必ずご連絡をお願いいたします。

▼ Mobile carrier mail users
It may be blocked (carrier block) on the server side of each mobile carrier.
Please cancel the carrier block and apply again. -
▼ Those who made a mistake in their email address
Sorry for your inconvenience, but please proceed from the input of STEP1 again. -
▼ If you do not receive other emails
You may not receive the email due to the capacity limitation of the email folder or the influence of security software. Please try using another address or contact the operating company by inquiring.

In case of cancellation / change
EPlease contact each facility or operating company immediately.
Please contact us by email or phone TEL.077-589-8133 (our company).
If you do not come to the museum without contacting us, we may send you an invoice at a later date.
In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact us even on the day.
